1. Services Provided

Performance Mobile IV offers mobile intravenous (IV) therapy administered by licensed nurses. Our services are intended to support hydration, wellness, and recovery but do not replace professional medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old to book services.

  • Customers may be required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service based on medical contraindications or safety concerns.

3. Medical Disclaimer

  • Performance Mobile IV does not provide medical diagnoses, treatments, or cures for medical conditions.

  • Consult a physician before receiving IV therapy if you have underlying health conditions.

  • By booking our services, you acknowledge that IV therapy is provided at your own risk.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellation and refund policies will be provided at the time of booking. If not specified, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Performance Mobile IV does not currently accept insurance.

6. Liability & Indemnification

  • Performance Mobile IV is not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or outcomes resulting from IV therapy.

  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Performance Mobile IV, its employees, and its contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our services.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved under Connecticut jurisdiction.
